RESERVATION POLICIES:

A $500 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. Full payment is required 30 days prior to the retreat commencing. 

If payment is not made by the due dates specified on the invoice, Namastays Wellness Retreats has the right to cancel the booking and our cancellation policy will be applied.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Retreat deposits are non-refundable. 

All cancellations made prior to 90 days before retreat commencing will receive a refund minus the non-refundable deposit. 

Cancellations made between 90 - 30 days prior to the retreat commencing will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the retreat commencing are 100% non-refundable. 

All cancellations must be received in writing.

Namastays Wellness Retreats has the right to cancel a retreat at anytime, however in this unlikely circumstance, you will receive a full refund. 

Namastays Wellness Retreats are not responsible for any expenses that you may incur due to a retreat being cancelled. 

No refunds will be given after the retreat commences or if a guest voluntarily leaves during the retreat for any reason.

PRE-EXISTING MEDICAL CONDITIONS

Namastays Wellness Retreats must be informed of any pre-existing medical conditions in writing at the time of booking. 

No participant will be permitted to join a retreat or to continue on retreat while their mental or physical condition is, in the opinion of any representative of Namastays Wellness Retreats, hazardous to themselves or to other participants. 

OPTIONAL EXTRAS / SPA TREATMENTS: 

Optional extras must be booked prior to the retreat and at your earliest convenience. We highly recommend booking spa treatments or additional extras at the time of booking the retreat. This will ensure time is allocated and you don’t miss out. 

COVID-19 

If Namastays Wellness Retreats cancels a retreat due to COVID-19 restrictions, you will receive a refund minus $250 lifetime credit which you can use on a future retreat. No refunds are issued if you cannot make the retreat due to isolation requirements.

CHECK-IN:

Check in times vary from retreat to retreat, so please check your full retreat itinerary which will be emailed to you prior to the retreat commencing. 

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS:

Namastays Wellness Retreats caters to the food specified on our website.  Any special food requirements and/or allergies must be requested at the time of booking, prior to any payment. We will let you know prior to your booking if these requests can be catered for. We take no responsibility and no refunds will be given if we have not granted the requests in writing prior to booking.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:

For international retreats we have a compulsory travel insurance policy, meaning all of our guests must have their own Travel Insurance issued before they depart from their home country. This will need to emailed to us with your policy number before the retreat commences. 

MEDICAL CONCERNS:

We advise you to pack the retreat essentials, such as any medication or supplements you are currently taking, a first aid kit, insect repellent and sunscreen. We pride ourselves in doing the absolute best to ensure the safety and health of our guests, however as with all travel possibilities, some things don’t always go to plan. We offer no responsibility or liability if any of these issues arise during your retreat. We will do our best to support you throughout your time with us, and encourage any feedback. 

We recommend bringing a refill water bottle so you can stay hydrated. It is strongly recommended you stop your intake of alcohol and sugar before you begin your retreat to avoid any detox symptoms that may create discomfort during your time with us. 

Namastays Wellness Retreats staff may take photos during the retreat, these may be used on our website, social media or for advertising. If you would not like to be photographed, we must be informed prior to the retreat.

Namstays Wellness Retreats will not tolerate any form of abuse, verbal or otherwise, to our staff or other retreat guests. Any person abusing or threatening staff or guests will automatically forfeit their right to continue the retreat. No refund or compensation will be given if you are asked to leave the retreat due due to unacceptable behavior.
